- 1 pound chicken breast (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 head broccoli (chopped)
- 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chili sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and optional chili sauce. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the chopped chicken breast with almond flour; mix to coat evenly.
- Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat and add oil. Once hot, add the chicken mixture and stir fry until mostly cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chopped onion, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce. Let it bubble for a few minutes before serving.
