- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2.5 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
- 2.5 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (for sauce)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ground peanut
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice chicken into 1-inch wide strips.
- In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients: curry paste, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, garlic, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, and coconut milk. Add chicken and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
