- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or rosemary)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy (about 10 minutes).
- Add eggs, softened butter, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- While rising, melt butter in a pan over medium heat; add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in fresh herbs and set aside.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle; brush with the garlic herb mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella.
