- 2 tbsp melted butter (for crust)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Mix in apple cider and vanilla extract.
