- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 1 lb fettuccine pasta

Instructions
- In a large bowl, coat the steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak in a single layer for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions until golden. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth; simmer while scraping the skillet's bottom. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until melted; add parmesan cheese.

- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain but reserve some pasta water.
