- 12 cooked lasagna noodles

- 8 oz sliced mushrooms

- 1 beaten egg

- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in spinach, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, and basil; mix well.
