  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing; cut each roll into four pieces.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter. Layer half the coated rolls in the bundt pan, drizzle half the brown sugar mixture over them, then add the remaining rolls and drizzle with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  6. Stir remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread before serving.
