  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  5. For each cookie scoop, add 2-3 vegan marshmallows before placing onto the baking sheet.
