Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. In one bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, whole wheat pastry flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; transfer the batter to the greased dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans; sprinkle over the batter.
