Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
- 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of cheddar until smooth.
- Place cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup cheddar on it. Add the cheese mixture on top and cover with remaining cheddar.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using the cling wrap and secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Decorate with a bell pepper stem and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
