  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of cheddar until smooth.
  2. Place cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup cheddar on it. Add the cheese mixture on top and cover with remaining cheddar.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using the cling wrap and secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Decorate with a bell pepper stem and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
