  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Orange zest, if desired
  • Sugared cranberries, if desired
  • Candied orange peels, if desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by processing graham cracker sheets into crumbs. Combine with sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter; press into a deep dish pie plate.
  2. In a saucepan, cook cranberries with fresh orange juice until softened. Stir in orange zest, sugar, and vanilla extract; simmer until thickened and cool.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; mix in orange juice, zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold cooled cranberry filling into cream cheese and then gently combine with half of the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Spread cranberry filling over the crust, followed by the remaining whipped cream on top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
