  • 80 g Green or yellow pepper chopped
  • 145 g Red pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Canned crushed tomato
  • 1.5 cup Beef broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Ground paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 TBS Freshly chopped parsley
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Freshly chopped parsley for serving
  • Chopped spring onion for serving
  • Shredded cheddar cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  5. Combine canned crushed tomatoes, beef broth, water, salt, pepper, and spices; stir well.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover; let simmer for 20 minutes.
