  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 lb Broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in a mix of coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic for at least an hour in the fridge.
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for two minutes, then drain well.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 1-3 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli until crisp-tender (about 3 minutes) and add reserved marinade, cooking for another two minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan with broccoli, warming through. Add fish sauce and toasted sesame oil before serving.
