- 1/2 lb Broccoli (cut into small florets)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in a mix of coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic for at least an hour in the fridge.
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for two minutes, then drain well.
- Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 1-3 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli until crisp-tender (about 3 minutes) and add reserved marinade, cooking for another two minutes.
- Return beef to the pan with broccoli, warming through. Add fish sauce and toasted sesame oil before serving.
