- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the beef strips and minced garlic; cook until browned and fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then sauté the green bell pepper and onion until tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet along with beef broth, soy sauce, sliced mushrooms, optional xanthan gum, and baby corn. Stir until everything is heated through and well combined.
