- 8 pieces turkey bacon, cooked and diced (reserve some for garnish)
- 2 medium jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cubed red potatoes with olive oil, dry ranch seasoning, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
