  • ¾ cup ketchup for glaze

  • 1 tbsp mustard for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to prepare the glaze.
  5. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). During the last 10 minutes of baking, add the remaining glaze.
