Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
- 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Oreo cookies, melted dark chocolate, and unsalted butter in a bowl. Press evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- For the filling, melt chopped dark and milk chocolates with cream in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Let cool slightly before adding chilled butter.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for about 90 minutes until set.
- To create the spiderweb design, melt white cooking chocolate and pipe circles on top of the tart. Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center outward.
