  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with vegetable spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil; beat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in the frosting until well combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Melt candy melts as directed on the package; dip sticks into melted candy before inserting into each cake ball.
  7. Dip each pop into melted candy melts and decorate while wet.
