- Fresh thyme leaves
- Garlic
- Old Bay seafood seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F). Cut eight sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Microwave the potatoes for about 3 minutes until tender; slice them.
- Layer the potatoes, corn, sausage slices, and shrimp on each foil sheet.
- Melt butter and mix in lemon juice, thyme, and garlic; drizzle over each packet.
- Season with Old Bay seasoning before sealing the packets tightly.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
