  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 23 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp light olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 375°F).
  3. In a medium bowl, combine parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
