Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Instructions
- In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine chicken with lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Seal and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425-450°F).
- Grill chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp of at least 165°F). Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
- Assemble tacos by placing diced chicken in warmed tortillas and topping with avocado slices, onions, and cilantro.
