  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into 1-inch cubes and marinating it with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne pepper.
  2. In another bowl, coat sliced zucchini and diced sweet potato with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
