Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, melt butter, add minced garlic and thyme until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cooked shell pasta, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until well coated; add reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Gently fold in steak bites and warm for a minute before serving garnished with parsley.
