  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add lemon zest and juice.
  4. Toss cooked spaghetti in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
  5. For the sauce: In a separate pan, melt 2 tbsp butter over low heat; stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until thickened (2-3 minutes).
  6. Combine spaghetti with the sauce and add chicken back into the skillet. Mix gently.
  7. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
