  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 15 oz chili starter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 medium white onion (diced)
  • additional cheddar cheese for topping
  • chopped turkey bacon for topping
  • diced green onions for topping
  • Frito's Scoops for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cooked ground chicken. Add diced tomatoes, chili starter, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, and diced onion. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased cast iron skillet and top with extra cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until heated through.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped turkey bacon; return to oven for an additional 3-4 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Top with diced green onions and serve warm with Frito's Scoops.
