- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (for glaze)
- 3 1/2 ounces dark chocolate (70% cocoa recommended)
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons warm water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan, then bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Bloom the vegan gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes, then microwave until dissolved.
- Melt white chocolate in intervals until smooth. Stir in heated milk and dissolved gelatin with peppermint oil until combined and cooled.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until medium-stiff peaks form; gently fold into the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Spoon mousse into the cooled crust and refrigerate until set.
- For the glaze, heat heavy cream to boiling and stir in dark chocolate until smooth; mix in corn syrup and warm water.
- Pour glaze over set mousse tart and let it stand for about an hour before slicing.
