Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 20 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Velveeta, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and season the steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and melt butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and milk, warming for 1–2 minutes.
- Add cheddar cheese, Velveeta cubes, and Parmesan to the sauce, stirring gently until melted and thickened.
