  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted into a creamy sauce.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and add the chicken back in. Mix well.
