  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients: pumpkin puree, ginger paste, coconut milk, chicken stock, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, red curry paste, cayenne pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Allow the soup to simmer for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors together.
