Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl; press into a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over cooled crust and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
