  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl; press into a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over cooled crust and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Sauté diced apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a skillet until tender; cool slightly.
  5. Prepare crumble topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, oats, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly; toast in the skillet or bake briefly.
  6. Layer sautéed apples over cheesecake; sprinkle with crumble topping and drizzle warm caramel sauce on top.
